		Precision Plastic Molding & Contract Manufacturing Custom plastic molding is widely used for manufacturing a variety of parts, from the smallest component to packaging. It is used in a wide variety of applications such as filtration, industrial parts and appliances. Plastic Molded Concepts develops and produces a wide variety of products for low and medium to high volume quantities and we offer a wide variety of engineering grade resins.




		Custom Insert Molding of Micron Rated Screens Media If you've ever experienced a catastrophic product failure caused by contamination, you're intimately aware that there's more to designing custom filters than simply fitting filtration within an allotted space. PMC engineers are trained and experienced in the development of innovative filtration and contamination control solutions for a broad range of commercial applications, including custom filters for drinking water and paint, small and large appliances, heavy equipment and recreational vehicles.




		Design for Manufacturability Many projects have come to us without the ability to manufacture the product the way the customer had intended. Largely due to the customers lack of knowledge in the manufacturing processes when it come the plastic injection molded. Several projects have been renewed when it was discovered by our engineering department that the mold had been gated wrong and this lead to the part having too much stress molded into the part for the finished product to survive in its intended environment.




		Plastic Injection Mold Building Several years ago we were in 2 business models. One was injection molding and the other was mold building. Shortly after the Chinese became a threat to our tooling or mold building industry we decided that we needed to pick one business model or the other. We decided that we would best serve our stockholders by choosing to be a manufacturer of plastic injection parts of a nature that we began to call "Crazy Jobs No One Else Will Do".




		Scientific Plastic Injection Molding Plastic injection molding is a critical manufacturing technique in many industries today. Any method that can be used to reduce cost associated with injection molding parts made from thermoplastic, silicone rubber or standard Buna N rubber and thermo set plastics can utilize the process of Scientific Injection Molding.




		Value Added Services Many value added services like printing and hot stamping are generally done in the Post Injection Molding Process. These additional operations are only done after the molding. This is often because the post injection molding process is for example, placing the part into a CNC machining center after "aging" the part. Aging the part is used for the purpose of allowing the part to reach its maximum shrink properties so that in the machining process dimensions will not continue to move thereby rendering the part a reject after the machining process.
